Remedial Massage Therapist

In addition to working in our clinic, Matt is employed as a member of the medical and physical preparation teams with Melbourne Football Club in the AFL and South Dragons in the National Basketball league. He is also a preferred massage therapist for Athletics Australia.

Working in these elite environments means that he is continually expanding his skills and knowledge and keeping up with new developments in remedial therapy.

Remedial Massage Therapists use a range of soft tissue techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques.

Remedial massage is not only highly effective in treating musculoskeletal conditions, but it also provides a great way to maintain general health and well-being.
